Breathwork and Yoga Workshop

Join yoga instructor Amanda Peberdy and breathwork specialist Alissa Powell for a three hour workshop focusing on using the breath and movement for bringing calm and deep relaxation. Learn to go deeper into your breath and yoga asanas to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (the ‘rest and digest’ mode of the autonomic nervous system).
Spaces are limited to 21 people and we expect this workshop to sell out quickly so secure your space soon.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion/block to sit on, a blanket, and a water bottle. Tea and healthy treats will be provided.
All abilities are welcome but please note there will be moderate yoga poses and sitting on the floor (although chairs are available if needed).

Alissa Powell – Breathwork Instructor
Alissa teaches functional breathwork, pranayama, and mindfulness at her Breath Therapy clinic in the UK, and online worldwide. She helps to optimise clients’ physical and mental well-being by correcting dysfunctional breathing habits through breath retraining, Buteyko breathing, pranayama breath control, and other tools and techniques.
Alissa has written a children’s breathwork book and a breathwork themed daily journal.
