What Is Reiki?

During a Reiki session, you lie fully clothed on a treatment couch while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. The session is quiet and deeply restful. There is no manipulation, pressure, or effort required from you.

Reiki works on an energetic level, supporting the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health. By helping to clear areas of stagnant or blocked energy, Reiki encourages the body to return to a state of balance where healing can naturally occur.   • During periods of stress, emotional processing, or healing and recovery, weekly sessions for a short time can be beneficial
