Join certified instructors Alissa Powell and Bridget Morris for a fun 3-hour Tai Chi Qigong workshop designed to restore balance, build vitality, and calm the mind.
We’ll begin with a gentle Qigong warm-up to awaken the body and settle the breath, followed by step-by-step instruction in the Yang Style 8 Movements — a graceful, accessible form that supports strength, mobility, and inner focus. We’ll end with a guided meditation, a cup of soothing herbal tea, and delicious homemade healthy treats.
Whether you’re completely new to Tai Chi or Qigong, or are looking to deepen your practice, this is a relaxed and welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect. The Yang Style 8 Form in Tai Chi is popular for its simplicity and suitability for beginners. Learn this beautiful flow that you can incorporate into your own daily practice for wellbeing.
