The workshop begins with a flowing Qigong warm-up led by Alissa to awaken the body, release tension, and settle the breath. From there, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance from Bridget in the Yang Style 8 Movements — a graceful and accessible Tai Chi sequence known for improving posture, mobility, and inner focus. With its simplicity and meditative rhythm, this form is ideal for beginners yet still deeply rewarding for those with experience.
To close the practice, you’ll be guided through a relaxing meditation, allowing the benefits of calm breathing and gentle movement to integrate. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of soothing herbal tea and delicious homemade healthy treats in good company.
