I have designed a special class which will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and also relaxed. In Chinese Medicine, Spring is the season of the Wood element, the time of planting seeds, beginnings, and new growth and the warming up from complete Yin-cold to Yang-hot (i.e. from Water to Fire). It is everything that grows, expands, enriches, warms and multiplies. The organs that are associated with the Wood element are the liver and the gallbladder. The connected colour is green. This is believed to be a hugely pivotal time of change.
Stay after class for tea, healthy treats (included) and a chat!
