Now might be the moment to harness the power of your breath, not just to catch it but use it to calm your nervous system and focus your mind.
If you’re intrigued by the intricate connection between breath and the nervous system and wish to acquire simple yet effective tools to alleviate stress, enhance mental clarity and sleep, and diminish fatigue, we invite you to join us for a captivating interactive session titled “Remember to Breathe” on 13 March at 1 pm, facilitated by Alissa Powell, a specialist in functional breathwork.
During this online session, you’ll embark on a one-hour journey to cultivate breathing habits that will assist you in navigating through your daily challenges. The event will start with an introduction and discussion, providing participants with insights into the why and how of breathwork’s benefits for health. An interactive breathing session, suitable for all abilities including pregnancy will follow, concluding with a Q&A session. Participants will receive access to handouts detailing the breathing exercises discussed during the webinar.
