Private Qigong Class – The Ilmington Wednesday Club

I’m very pleased to have been asked to lead a qigong class and talk for the Ilmington Wednesday Club on Wednesday 10th April 2024. This will be a mixed standing and seated session, open to all abilities and levels of experience.
