Lunchtime Break & Breathe

Starting in July I’ll be running Lunchtime Break & Breathe sessions every Friday from 12:45-1:15pm BST (London time).
Take a half hour out of your day and breathe with me via zoom. Return to work feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
There will be a variety of themes covered each week. All breathwork will be done seated, and is open to all ages, abilities, and levels of experience.
Introductory cost is only £5pp. Book online. Once booked, you will be provided with the zoom link.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations may not be made within 5 hours of the live session. Cancellations beforehand are refunded. No-shows are not refunded nor are they provided with a recorded version.
