Her journey in martial arts has not only honed her physical abilities but has also instilled a deep sense of resilience\, mindfulness\, and respect. Gisela is a certified instructor with the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA). She trains and teaches regularly where she strives to empower others through self-defence and personal growth. Her passion lies in helping individuals discover their inner strength and confidence\, fostering both physical and mental well-being through martial arts and coaching. \nAlissa Powell \nWith several years of clinical and teaching experience\, Alissa is deeply passionate about helping individuals maintain healthy\, calm\, and balanced lives.
